Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Draft mobile application ("Draft", "the app"). By downloading or using Draft you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Draft.
2. Your content
You own the notes, tasks, bookmarks, projects and images you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display that content solely to operate the app — for example to sync it across your devices and share it with collaborators you choose. You are responsible for the content you create and share.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Draft to store or share unlawful, infringing, harmful or abusive content; to attempt to access other users' data without permission; or to interfere with or reverse engineer the service.
4. Subscriptions
- Draft offers optional Premium subscriptions, billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
5. Termination
You may stop using Draft and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimer
Draft is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please keep your own copies of important information.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
8. Privacy
Your use of Draft is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
